Service Description
Loc Retwist + Two Strand Twists (70-130 Locs) Refresh and maintain your locs with a clean retwist finished with a classic two strand twist style. This service is designed specifically for clients with no more than 130 ocs, providing a neat, long-lasting, and polished finish. This service includes: • Shampoo • Blow Dry • Retwist • Two Strand Twist Style Please Note: • This service is for clients with more than 130 locs. • Please arrive with your locs free of excessive buildup. A loc detox or deep cleansing service is not included and may need to be booked separately if necessary. • If you have any shampoo allergies or sensitivities, please bring your own shampoo and list your allergies in the appointment notes when booking.
Cancellation Policy
A mandatory non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures the date and time you have chosen for your appointment and will be applied directly to the total cost of your service.The remaining balance must be settled in cash , Cash App +other -Please note that there is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, it will be considered canceled. In this case, you will need to reschedule and pay a $25 late fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. To transfer your non-refundable deposit to a different appointment, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. With your permission, we are permitted to document your appointment with photos and videos for our records. We take all client concerns seriously and address them through verbal consultations. Agreed when booking
