Cancellation Policy
A mandatory non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures the date and time you have chosen for your appointment and will be applied directly to the total cost of your service.The remaining balance must be settled in cash , Cash App +other -Please note that there is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, it will be considered canceled. In this case, you will need to reschedule and pay a $25 late fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. To transfer your non-refundable deposit to a different appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.With your permission, we are permitted to document your appointment with photos and videos for our records. We take all client concerns seriously and address them through verbal consultations. Agreed when booking
