Service Description
Basic Loc Retwist (Under 65 Locs) Keep your locs looking fresh, healthy, and well-maintained with a professional Basic Loc Retwist designed for clients with up to 65 locs. This service focuses on retwisting the new growth only and does not include a style, making it ideal for regular maintenance. This service includes: • Shampoo • Blow Dry • Basic Retwist (No Style) Please Note: • This service is for clients with under 65 locs. • Please arrive with your locs free of excessive buildup. A loc detox or deep cleansing service is not included and may need to be booked separately if necessary. • If you’re allergic to any shampoos, please bring your own and list your allergies in the appointment notes when booking.
Cancellation Policy
A mandatory non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures the date and time you have chosen for your appointment and will be applied directly to the total cost of your service.The remaining balance must be settled in cash , Cash App +other -Please note that there is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, it will be considered canceled. In this case, you will need to reschedule and pay a $25 late fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. To transfer your non-refundable deposit to a different appointment, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. With your permission, we are permitted to document your appointment with photos and videos for our records. We take all client concerns seriously and address them through verbal consultations. Agreed when booking
